Nothing tastes as good as feeling thin feels
I joined Spark People Feb. 4, 2009! but didn't officially start until 2/1/2010! I am down 32 lbs. since Feb. 2009. My weight goal was reached on May 24, 2010. My weight is still at goal on February 9, 2013 (2 1/2 yrs. in maintenance). Calories in versus calories out is the trick. Exercise and track your food daily.
