Nothing tastes as good as feeling thin feels

I joined Spark People Feb. 4, 2009! but didn't officially start until 2/1/2010! I am down 32 lbs. since Feb. 2009. My weight goal was reached on May 24, 2010. Sometimes I go down 2 more lbs. My weight is still at goal on December 22, 2014 (4 1/2 yrs. in maintenance). Calories in versus calories out is the trick. Exercise and track your food daily.

I want to feel healthy, fit and comfortable in my own skin, learn to overcome my shyness & anxiety, start running and I want to loose this 30 lbs. by May 31, 2010.

My Program:
To drink 8 glasses of water, exercise, eat breakfast, track all food eaten and write in my journal daily.

Thanks for the comment on my blog entry yesterday about where I get my energy!

I used to be lethargic and non-energetic when I didn't exercise. I would prefer not to be medication dependent as I age. I dislike taking meds a lot. I want to be able to keep up with the SO when we dance, hike, walk and swim together.

I like having tons of energy to move throughout the day basically. I want to stay free of minor aches and pains as I grow older. I used to be sick and at the Doctor a lot growing up so I want to avoid that as well~
