Nothing tastes as good as feeling thin feels

I joined Spark People Feb. 4, 2009! but didn't officially start until 2/1/2010! I am down 34 lbs. since Feb. 2009. My weight goal was reached on May 24, 2010. My weight is still at goal on December 12, 2013 (3 1/2 yrs. in maintenance). Calories in versus calories out is the trick. Exercise and track your food daily.

Hi, Roxanne. Disc golf is like an 18-hole golf course throwing special Frisbees. Instead of holes they have a chain basket you throw the disc into. It's a lot of fun, and the coursed are usually in parks with lots of "tree hazards". If you have a bad throw, you get lots of exercise looking in all the brush to find your disc! I typically get 6,000 to 8,000 steps playing a round.
