Hi! I walk whenever I have a spare few minutes, plus I was instead of drive for nearby errands. It's amazing how it all adds up. I walk around my living room during tv or between tasks at home, too. I love to challenge myself. But, seems I can over do it, too. I'm a little sore today after running at the gym on the indoor track yesterday. Got a personal best in being able to run a mile without slowing to a walk. Then, continued on with a walk jog until I was at 35 minutes. Did an hour jog in my house one day last week. Those steps just keep adding up. Have a great week! 18 days ago
