Hi, thank you for the warm welcome in 2010! I never really did anything after signing up back then. I just finished my firtst week and it went pretty well. I think I will stick around for a while. I used to practice Tai-chi several years ago, and would like to begain again eventually.

While being back at sparkpeople confirms that you are believing all of these things, it's nice to re-read them. I have saved it as my desktop to remind myself the meaning of self respect on a daily basis. I too was lost in recovery and forgot to pay attention to each and every aspect of this.
