Thanks for all your comments!!! Don't worry, you'll be able to run eventually. Just continue building strength and stamina. For me, the biggest hurdle has always been asthma. But I found that the more I worked out, the better the lung capacity. My breathing has gotten better as I've gotten fitter!
Thanks for your comments! I set a goal of 1000 minutes a month. I'm pretty sure you probably do about that much in a couple of weeks if you keep up the three classes a day!
