How totally cool is that? (the modists) You remind me so much of one of my brothers. I'm hoping to get to catch up with you more (literally, judging by your walking pace). I just put together a stash of strength training paraphenalia (dumbells, resistance bands, printed instructions...) in my cube, so stop by 13 for a visit anytime.

BTW, how are you feeling???

It is a combination of getting "too busy" to log, maintain, losing site of my goals (thanks for the reminder, making me accountable), being busy in my garden eliminating winter clutter and preping for summer planting, computer overload (both in needing to clean up and too much time)...is that enough excuses? I check your site periodically to see how you are doing. Dropped the 150 plus site...because I took on so many more...like Yoga, Eating Clean, MUFA etc. Currently doing another program with my eating. It is slowly coming off on the scales but my clothes are getting looser! Don't know about you but I am really looking forward to summer...swimming. I really did well with it. It was too hard to get to local college and take it up there this winter, sleep was really irratic. I know...too much info! To add to all of this...I am busy politically...chairside activist you know! Take care. Thanks for the shot in the arm!
