Getting Strong!

I've always been a little heavier than I'd like to be, until the first year of university. I got to the long coveted weight of 150lbs without even trying (no diet, no exercise). I stayed at 150 until part way through my third year of university, when it all started to creep back on. Which brings me to now, back at 170 and hating it!

In the past, I've tried decreasing my calories and increasing my cardio - with no success. Now I'm increasing my calories and shifting the focus to ...

Does anyone have a magic pill that they'd like to give me?

Bless you! Bless you! BLESS YOU! for the sweet words on my blog. LOL That brightened my day. Think it was the lighting;) The other half shows it. We call them expression lines. DEEP expression lines:)
Plan on finally putting some pics up that aren't severed torso shots. Can they be pics from 20 years ago when I sported post 80s hair? LOL
Thanks again and have a wonderful weekend!

I love your background!

You asked about 21's on my blog. I don't know if you are talking about calf or bicep 21's. I blogged about calf 21's here:
http://www.sparkpeople.com/mypage_public
_journal_individual.asp?blog_id=3550737
(Sorry it's not a live link- Spark won't let me do that on someone's page. You'll have to cut and paste, I'm afraid.)

And here is a link to bicep 21's:

I always do mine with a barbell, though.

Hope this helps!
