"Your goals, minus your doubts, equals your reality" R. Marston
Here I am, again. A few months back I decided to really stop wondering what it would be like to lose weight and just do it. Curiosity. It lead me to losing 25 pounds in 6 weeks. It was a fairly strict regime. I started seeing food by the time I would have to spend trying to work it off. I started drinking water like a camel. I worked out either every or almost every day, at least an hour each time. After which, more often than not - I was able to go swimming for another hour. I really, really ...
I really, really love swimming. I realized that I don't mind running. And as long as there's a show on TV in the room I'm working out in - I can go on and on! But...what happened? It stopped for some reason. School began, work, I was tired as hell. I gained back probably 10 pounds. Which really sucks, because each 10 pounds is crazy work. Now I'm getting my vitamins and realizing I am getting more ambitious and energetic every day, so I should really start working out again. Starting now. (Butt clenches as I'm writing this, haha! Too much info, sorry :D) My goal is to be 125 pounds, which would be pretty perfect, considering that I'm 5'3. I am trying to stay healthy. I would never want to lose my boobs (and I love food) so I will never starve myself. A good diet of 1000 calories per day is something I can easily keep up and, my personal goal with myself, no sugar. Except for in tea. But other than that - no sugar! I would also like to lower my salt and sodium intake. Or at least control it, by researching what's in each meal I'm eating. Oh, and I love blue! You know what my goal is? To lose 70 pounds and get a gorgeous blue dress and take my best friend out to have some fun. Hopefully, some time around the beginning of summer.

My Goals:
1. Lose 70 pounds with about 8-10 pounds a month. That should take between 9 to 7 months of exercise, motivation and learning to love myself again. Oh and yes, eating healthy. I should really start on that one. 2. Dye my hair red when I reach my goal. That's an amazing reward. I love red hair. 3. Really improve my GPA in school. 4. Actually start and complete the projects I want to work on. 5. Leadership. I should really think about this one. 6. Oh! And as my BIG reward - I will go on vacation with my best friends. After this - I am getting myself a gorgeous cat, something I've been wanting for a very long time. 7. I need to be writing because I want to put this whole goal-reaching story into my book one day. Whether it gets published or just gets published online, as long as many, many people read it and become very inspired!
My Program:
Ok, so what I plan to do is: 1. Exercise 4-7 times a week, hopefully an hour each time. 2. I am used to drinking water now, instead of anything else, so - WATER!!! 3. Limit myself to 1000 calories a day. It's a very reasonable limit and I don't find it difficult at all. In fact sometimes it's actually too much. 4. Motivation - probably the most important of ALL. I will try to write in my blog every week at the very least. Hopefully every day. I will have two blogs, one here and another one on blogspot. Will share the address later.
Other Information:
Well, what can I say? I love reading (novels only, I actually hate textbooks just because they're meant to make you learn and stuff. Don't get me wrong, I am not a bad student and I enjoy school, but I hate learning anything I do not enjoy.) I also really like writing. I love art and I love expression. I am actually extremely gorgeous (and arrogant about it :D, but oh, well!) I love make-up art. I just love how it can transform so well. And I am good at it (especially on other people). I can make just about anyone look pretty! I love cats and I want to experiment with having a bearded dragon. I think I'll love it. Hmm. I love change. Change is good. I really cannot stay in one place for too long of a time, it just gets me SO depressed! I love moving, even if it's within the same city. When I grow up, I will have to buy myself multiple really ghigh rise condos and travel. And hopefully - travel for work. Oh and I love interesting people. I actually love a lot more, but for now
