Hello! This is it. I'm going to reach my goal and learn how to stay there. I want to feel proud of myself, feel fit and look better. I think I'm not too bad at managing my day-to-day nutrition but it seems to fall apart on the weekends. It's also become obvious to me that my weight loss is largely dependent on my getting on board with a regular exercise regime. I can do this!

hi ya Valery

thanks for the comment on the blog..you are so right about not keeping social and getting depressed, have fallen into that before..more than once..i will be sure to keep up the gym then also will try and spend time with my sil/dear friend..we are actually going for lunch this week...thai food..yummmmmmmm...i am going to try hard and not becoming a hermit again..

omg the site!!...i am reading it now..thank you so much for sharing it..i have sent it along to my sister as well..she has the same ummm problem...hopefully she does not get offended by it lol
