Hey y'all

I recently underwent gall bladder surgery and have to be on a low fat diet. While I was sick, I lost almost 40 pounds. I've been trying to regain my health, and over the past month have felt a lot better.

Now that I feel better, I am trying to continue my weight loss progress. Right now, my main goal is just to learn to eat healthier and exercise regularly.

1. Eat at least 2 servings of fruit.
2. Eat at least 5 servings of vegetables.
3. Stay under 40 grams of fat per day (to keep from feeling ill).
3. Exercise at least 20 mins 5 days per week.

My Program:
I'm a tribal bellydance, and try to workout to optimize my dance.
