The hardest part is starting - once you have legitimately started (i was talking about starting for two whole months before i actually started anything ) then you can do anything. You will be surprised at how much weight comes off with each step, especially in the beginning. Stick with it!!!

If things are tough.... 1.brainstorm what or when things are going off plan and make a better plan 2.take a break, breath, spend some pampering time to recognize what is important... a mini holiday can sometimes work, getting a massage, or just spending some time reading a motivational book 3.consider if your goals are too hard and make an easier one (sometimes you need some success to feel motivated) 4.choose just ONE goal and stick to it no matter what ie. it is more important than anything and make it happen and tell yourself every morning when you get up that it is your goal.
You can do this! If you choose the bootcamp as your goal it will happen!
