Hi Rosiet, I don't know what I did to the crazy foot. It only hurts when it flexs. The stiffer I keep it while I'm walking the less it hurts. I walked 4 miles today by allowing most of my other foot to handle the weight. I'm still sticking to the diet, because I figure the less I weigh, the less pressure is going to be on the foot. I did twice as much upper body strength training today, because I felt bad about not getting to do my usual full workout. I'm a lot slower now. Until it gets better, I guess that's how its going to be. Tomorrow is my TOPS chapter meeting. Maybe some of the other members have had to deal with stuff like this too. They might know something I don't about how to deal with it. Some people there face other challenges, but as a group we're doing OK. I'm thinking about riding my horses tomorrow morning. Giving them leg cues is good for the inner thighs and posture, and since two of the horses are quite large, there is a lot of grooming to be done. It is supposed to be our only sunny day since forever. I hope it is nice where you are too. 2616 days ago
