This is my time to succeed!
I am 49 years old and have tried probably 20 diets since I was 25 years old. I lose, then can't sustain and gain more than I lost. Now I wind up needing to lose like 175 pounds to be in a healthy weight range! I need all the help I can get!

My Goals:
My first goal is to lose 10% of my weight, as this is what my doctor says reduces my risk of diabetes. REACHED 3/1/2012!! Next goal - 10%=31 pounds=279 weight. REACHED 7/1/2012 Next goal - 10%=28 pounds = 251 weight. - 10 minutes cardio working up to 30 minutes by the end of August, 5 days per week. - 10 minutes strength training 3 days per week following SparkPeople and other videos.
My Program:
Starting exercise by walking on a treadmill 3 days a week and Jazzercise 2 days. Log all foods I eat. Weigh in weekly.
Personal Information:
I live in Richmond, KY. I have been married 30 years to Tim, and have 2 grown children, a daughter 28 and a son 26.
