I am now going on 36 years of age.. I am a mother to 4 beautiful little girls ages ranging from 9-2 yrs. old. I am also blessed to be the wife to my husband of 10 years but we've been together for 20 years now all together. He has loved me since day one and through all my sizes from size 22 all the way down to a size 6 & back to an 18. I am now going on 36 years of age.. I am a mother to 4 beautiful little girls ages ranging from 9-2 yrs. old. I am also blessed to be the wife to my husband of 10 years but we've been together for 20 years now all together. He has loved me since day one and through all my sizes from size 22 all the way down to a size 6 & back to an 18. After we tried for 7 years to have children there was nothing else to do but lose the weight so our chances would grow higher to achieve making a family. So I under went having a Roux n Y Gastric bypass and sure enough 3 months later we got pregnant. Sadly the pregnancy was lost and I was terrified. Exactly One year later I was a total of 112 lbs gone I got pregnant for the 2nd time. I was terrified I would once again lose the pregnancy so I forced myself to eat enough even though it would make me sick I was throwing up everytime I ate too much But I would make sure I would replace whatever I lost by just eating more.. so here followed the weight climbing back up... and after that it just became routine.. I had a perfect pregnancy & delivery so everytime I got pregnant I did the exact same thing with each.. gaining weight back through the years.. I'm just about 20lbs shy of being back to my old original weight now.. but yes I can say it was all worth it since I have my girls now in our lives.

My Goals:
I WILL BE HAVING A WONDERFUL SHAKE (SOY PRETEIN) FOR DINNER FROM NOW ON & WLL BE WORKING ON DRINKING 16 GLASSES OF WATER A DAY... AND EXCERCISE FOR AT LEAST 30 MINS. 5 TIMES A WEEK.

My Program:
DRINKING 16 GLASSES OF WATER A DAY & DOING A 20 MIN. VIDEO OF CARDIO FOLLOWED BY A 10 MINUTE WALK ON MY TREDMILL.
