I am trying to find a more healthy balance between work, family and self. Since starting SPARK in an effort to deal with stress differently than in the past, I've gained more energy and am dealing with life a little more positively. This is more than a weight loss journey for me. I plan to use the tools and support here to rediscover who I am outside of my family and work and be at peace in the place I am.

(Haven't been there in over 20 years. -to participate with more energy in my children's activities. -to be able to sit on an airline seat and use the tray table and NOT use an extender belt. - to go to an amusement park and not be worried about whether the restraint bar will fit.

-Exercise 10 Min Day -Log My Calories -Eat fruit everyday -Get a good Night's Sleep -Lose 55 pounds
