My Goals:
my goals 1. Stick to counting calories. 1200-1300-daily. 2. eat fruits and veggies daily. 3. Exercise 2 then 3x a week. 4. Drink required amount of water.
My Program:
1. Pray & do daily devo. 2. Be prepared. 3. Be accountable to my goals by marking down foods calories, water, protein in take and exercise daily.
