06/19/13 Well here I am again. June seems to be the time when I come out of my winter slump. I've been going to weight watchers again for two weeks tomorrow. I'm working on focusing only on my weekly goals this time and hoping that strategy will be the game changer. I'm turning 50 in March and it's time to do this!

I've spent most of my adult life taking care of everyone else. It's taken years, but I've finally decided to put myself first.

I am DONEbeing the biggest mom/wife at every function I attend.
I am DONE with having acid reflux.
I am DONE with always taking a backseat to life.

6/22/09 After a long struggle with time and self worth issues, I'm back in the game. The physical way I feel has to improve because my quality of life has a lot of room for improvement. I start here to take one day at a time to better health and less pain.

Walk 25 miles in July starting 7/09
07/09 2.29, 22.71 to go
07/12 2.22, 20.49 to go

Exercise atleast 4 times a week

Drink 16 glasses of water a day.

Run atleast 1 5K in 2013
Hoosiers Outrun Cancer 9/28/13

Take time for me everyday.


Learn to love myself for who I am with or without the weight.

Work through the emotional baggage.

Less processed foods and more of the real stuff using Weight Watchers, the C25K Program, strength training and walking my dog.
