It has been over two years ago, that I began this wonderful Spark adventure. I have successfully lost sixty pounds and as of the beginning of September 2011, I have been in maintenance for one year. Today, I switched my tricker to a maintenance ticker. I can say this new me is real. The way I eat, the way I think, the way I exercise and the way I look, have all changed. I am delighted! I really love the transformation!

A journey of a thousand miles starts with the first step. I am stepping into my future each day as I build a foundation of health and joy with a commitment to physical activities and wonderful healthy food while making connections with new Spark Friends.

This is the next great adventure in my life. I want it to be the best it can be. Join me in a celebration of life as we transform ourselves with love and gratitude into exactly who we want to be.

    Gosh, lady! Saw your post responding to genetic determinism and your mention of Rupert Sheldrake's work on morphogenic fields. Amazing stuff that has interested me for decades. Was not aware of Lipton's work. So, thanks for mentioning it.

    Thank you so much for the wonderful blog comments. I will certainly look into Jon Gabriel and see what he's discussing! It's going to be a big change, getting myself reigned back in and on an even keel with the eating and exercise but it's Stake In The Ground time!

    I just read your comments on Fifi's blog so of course I had to go to your page to see who this woman is with such wisdom. I am going to utilize some of your suggestions. I especially like the "grouping" suggestion and you are absolutely right we do eat the same foods over and over. I use the Groupings now but have entered only breakfasts as a meal but have entered the ingredients for some of my dishes like chili, dinner salad, casseroles etc. Great timesavers.
