I just read your comments on Fifi's blog so of course I had to go to your page to see who this woman is with such wisdom. I am going to utilize some of your suggestions. I especially like the "grouping" suggestion and you are absolutely right we do eat the same foods over and over. I use the Groupings now but have entered only breakfasts as a meal but have entered the ingredients for some of my dishes like chili, dinner salad, casseroles etc. Great timesavers.

It appears that my unwitting routine that essentially mirrors the 5 rules of the leptin diet has actually lead to improved metabolism. I don't know how else to make sense of my experience in recent months. Honestly, I'm in shock.
My current weight, nutritional intake and activity level align with that of a 29 year old woman. And, I'm far from 29!
Although my injury has not allowed me to return to running yet, my metabolism is certainly behaving like I have!
