The thing I discovered about Paleo is that there are different.... uhh.... "versions" or "trains of thought"???? It really frustrated me at first because I am a "black or white" type of thinker so coming across different information really bothered me.
Basicly, I am not strict about it, at least while starting out. It is mostly meats, veggies, and some fruit. Eggs! No wheats or grains... like rice, pasta, beans, bread, etc.... No dairy.
My suggestion would be just to google it and look at different websites. For me it was fairly easy to follow. I am horribly lactose intolerant so cutting the dairy was fine. The wheat was ok.... just happy I found some great subs for some of my favorite things.

hahaha....if only I knew what I did differently....I did have 5 weeks off of work though, and just went back about 3 weeks ago, so that may have a little to do with it, cause I've been non stop ever since! 1415 days ago
