Just read over my page since a new year is upon us!! My statement below could not be more true!! One giant goal for me that I accomplished was a Half MArathon!!

Decided to update this page and bring in a new year(2012) with a renewed determination!!
I want this to be the year of change for the better~better health, better fitness and a better weight and like my title page says I've got to be "Willling to Work" I titled this page back in 2008 when I originally joined~it couldn't be more true today then way back then!! So here's to a great year with Spark!

My name is Rose I'm from N/W Pennsylvania 2 hours from Pittsburgh!
I have 3 children, 2 sons married and my daughter is in Grad school at NC State! My husband and I live on a 90 acre farm and raise sheep! He also has bees and a few chickens!! I started back to work seasonally after my kids were grown~I was a stay at home MOM and loved it!!
I am A Grandma now so even more reason to get fit!!
