Hi everyone. I am Stacy. I am 30 years old. Ive been wanting to lose some weight for a while now. I always promised myself I could never go over 200lbs. Well I blew that promise about 5 or 6 years ago. Ive been resting on 218 for about 2-3 years now. I am ready to get below that 200 again. I am ready to feel better about the way I look. I am ready to enjoy clothes shopping again instead getting ticked off every time.

Hello! I just wanted to say welcome to sparkpeople, I randomly saw your page.. take this journey slow one step at a time towards healthy living, don't try to take on everything at once and promise yourself you'll go to the gym 4 times a week, and then be horribly hard on yourself when you don't meet your goals. Make your goals mini, achievable, and build on your successes, you can do this!! & knowledge is power, read everything you can about health!
