Keep Moving Forward

I'm a working mom with a great husband and a beautiful little girl. I come from an obese family on my mother's side. My father's side of the family is mostly healthy. So when we visit one side, I'm surrounded by enablers and on the other side I feel like the fat cousin with the divorced parents, out of place.

How funny is it when you realize the only thing getting in your way is you. I've noticed that I have the know how. I just need to keep up the motivation and will power. I've got lots of reasons to do this right.

I love to read all kinds of books. Mostly fiction.

I also love to bake, which can be counterintuitive to my goals. Maybe it's time to bake only for bake sales.

Hi, so nice to meet you. I sense a great will in you to overcome whatever you think stands in your way. As Spark Buddies 'we' can start pushing these obstacles gently out of the way, one day at a time. I think will power can run out, just like a muscle gets fatigued, but I have found that rest and the wise words of somehow who walks along the same path will restore both. Having a Buddy is like a little bit of wind beneath the wings, just when you need it most. Thanks for deciding to come on board! Glad you came along.
