My Goals:
Current goal..lose 20 pounds in 4weeks. average of 5 pounds a week. Totally doable if I have the support.

Other goals are to continue staying off soda, Ive not had one since 2/17, and 3/28 was day one of no more sweet tea. Tea with splenda from here on out.

My Program:
Counting calories and Wii exercise, occasional walking and going to the park.

Personal Information:
Born and raised in central Indiana. Married with 2 kids. Super fat, but that about to change with a quickness.

Other Information:
My daughter is almost 10 and in 4th AE classes. My son is 2 and in therapy 2x a week. Im a SAHM and have been since 10/07.

Ok girl. Sounds great :) I walked a ton today. We just got home from the zoo and we were there for about 5 and 1/2 hours. I love being able to get in extra exercise that way when it doesn't feel like exercise :D
And yeah, don't be bashful. I know how you feel, but this site is about the only place where I feel comfortable actually being honest about my weight ups and downs these past few years. Just another reason why I love spark!!

It's up to you darlin. You don't have to post a pic if you don't feel comfortable. I hated posted mine that's for sure. Did you see it? 185.8. that is up 20 pounds from what I was this time last year. It sucks big time to back track, but I've never done it this much. Just a few weeks ago I was at 179. But I just need to make sure that I keep moving my body. Mostly I just eat too much and quit exercising all together. Maybe if I stick with working out, that it will balance out and at least I won't gain anything. I dunno...

You can do it girl. It's very possible for you to lose 28 pounds in that amount of time and do it healthily. When you weigh more, your body gets rid of it a lot faster. Sounds like you have a good plan worked out. Not making it is not an option. You can DO IT!! emoticon

Well, we are going to the zoo today. Wish I had my pedometer to see how much I walk. Hope you all have a great weekend. The kids start back to school monday. Boo to that! I was enjoying sleeping in that extra hour.
