shed 20 finally and completely..stay in 130ville once I get there

I would like to lose 20 lbs. as a final goal. Just 5 to go away would make me very happy though. I do want to do it in a healthful manner. I have given myself a whole year to reach goal. I know that is slow ,but I have tried fast way too many times ,lost a bit then went right back. This time I want quality and longevity.
