My work is sedentary and legs swell due to no exercise. Walking in the office only helps some but not enough. My depression has risen due to so much weight gain. There is no encouragement from my partner or any assistance to care. My smoking is minimal to 3-4 cig's a day but my partner smokes a pack a day. He won't stop, this will have to be endured. My work is sedentary and legs swell due to no exercise. Walking in the office only helps some but not enough. My depression has risen due to so much weight gain. There is no encouragement from my partner or any assistance to care. My smoking is minimal to 3-4 cig's a day but my partner smokes a pack a day. He won't stop, this will have to be endured. We visit our local watering hole once weekly. I have 2-3 drinks there and have 3-4 glasses wine at home each week. I have been eating a gluten free diet and cheating, it's very hard. No bread since February, but a few other things. I haven't lost any weight from this yet. My goal is to lose 55 lbs by my birthday in July. I want to look excellent on my motorcycle that I plan to learn to ride. As a child and an adult I have always listened to those that told me that I couldn't do anything and eventually believed it.
