A healthier me

Hi, i'm looking to lose about 30 pounds total. I lost the first 12 pounds by tracking all foods and lots of walking. Then i kept up the excercise, but stopped tracking and have been sitting at the same weight for about 2 months! Now i'm refocussing, and have joined the "Halloween Challenge" Team. My goal is to lose the last 20 pounds @2# pw, which means by mid November.
My next challenge is to maintain that weight over the winter, which is typically my weight-gain season.

STRENGTHS - I love walking and healthy food, am not really into junk food or sweet stuff.

WEAKNESSES - Wine, cheese and laziness. And a healthy loathing of Gyms.

Heyo and thanks for the add! I, too, am doing weight loss sans gyms (mainly because they cost money *and* intimidate me), but have had no problems, once I accepted exercise had to be part of my daily routine. Somehow, I managed to live nearly thirty years with that escaping me, but I know I'm not the only one!

Congrats on your weight loss so far--Kyla must be quite the motivator! Cheers :)
