My Goals:
lose 50 pounds by the end of September 2012, have the body of my dreams for my wedding in August 2013, maintain a healthy lifestyle so I can be around longer for the people I love.

My Program:
I do at least 10 minutes of some form of exercise a day. I also eat a Vegetarian diet, and also choose to cut out cheese and milk. I keep active in my daily life by gardening, hiking, kayaking, and doing other activities with my fiance and our friends.
