respecting myself

my feet and ankles hurt...maybe bc im starting to get old...no wait its becouse of weight! almost 30 and 208lbs.bad back issuse run in the family as well as arthrites.i dont want to be old before my time.have to do something, for me and no one can do it for me but me!...wow lots of me's in that sentence but its true.
my life has consited of waking up,eating out,going to work eatting out for lunch going home showering and sleeping...bf is main issuse for eatting out but im putting my foot ...

ps i put my eatting habits,meals,nutrion,energy,fuel,whatever you want to call it on a journal i keep.writting seems better then typing.

update...
my regular schedule is up by 8am drink my coffee,do my workout by 9,wake up my other half by11am shower and get ready for work.work at 1-930 (lunch is about 430 or so) then i try to walk after work or do another workout..this is also the time i spend with my other half b4 he doses his extra work and when he may or maynot feed me(have dinner he only eats 2x day)then im in bed by 1130.
update..
new goal 45%carbs,30%protein,30%fat for my nutrion.once im doing that i want it to be 40/35/25 for a little bit and see if that helps..

My kitchen is the same way! What a coincidence! My husband and I built our home so I have been working with no stove, just a crockpot, stove top and a big George (which is a small version of an oven)!

I have my foods public if you want to check them out and I usually try and write a note on my recipe because I just jot down the raw foods in the tracker and it looks all random when really, it is a real recipe (enchiladas, etc).
