You don't drown by falling in the water. You drown by staying there.
I used to get picked on a lot about being a chubby teen. My senior year at somewhere between 158 and 164 I started losing weight and within maybe 8 months I lost down to around 130. I gained up to around 150 in maybe two years, then over the past year gained almost 20 lbs. My boyfriend was waiting for me to get ready on our one year anniversary in July and I noticed almost none of my pretty stuff fit me anymore. It was so frustrating. I was a little mad at myself for letting that happen. ...
I used to get picked on a lot about being a chubby teen. My senior year at somewhere between 158 and 164 I started losing weight and within maybe 8 months I lost down to around 130. My boyfriend was waiting for me to get ready on our one year anniversary in July and I noticed almost none of my pretty stuff fit me anymore. It was so frustrating. I was a little mad at myself for letting that happen. I started getting back on track August 14th at around 166-168 lbs, and now I'm somewhere between 154 and 157. My scale is kind of screwy so its not exact. My goal is to fit comfortably into my old size 13 in Juniors pants by January. I don't have control over the groceries because I don't have a job and I live with my folks, but I have been eating less and working out. An issue I have is that my weight stays the same for a month or so and then suddenly drops like 3 lbs in a couple days. I'd like to be able to lose it more steadily and not just be waiting all the time to see when the plateau will break. My problem areas are my triceps and thighs. My thighs really don't want to get smaller. I don't have much to work with so simple advice that is practical is best.

My Goals:
I want to fit into my clothes well again. First I want to get down to a size 13 in juniors, and then maybe down to a size 10 after that.
My Program:
My program is to try to drink plenty of water, keep my cal intake between 1000 and 1450 daily, and to try to burn at least 500 cals a week with my exercise bike. I am doing a little bit of strength training to, particularly on my arms.
