My Goals:
Exercise at least 45 minutes/day at least 5 days/week. Follow the SparkPeople menu guide 2x's/week. Do something special for myself every day. Weigh-in each Saturday & report to my 5%challenge team each week of the challenge. Write a journal entry at least once/week. Do a blog entry each week.
My Program:
Do at least 30 minutes on NordicTrack 2x's/week. Do strength training either at home or at the gym 2x's/week.
