My Goals:
Ultimately to lose 111 pounds.

To shop in the "regular size" clothing section of any store. (Even if it is the largest of the "regular" sizes)

Short term:

Take my kids to Hawaii this summer without having to use a seatblet extender on the flight.

Have the stamina to do lots of sightseeing with them.


My Program:
20 to 30 minutes of cardio every day.

Gradually build up to more strenth training up to 2 1/2 hours total each week.

Working at eating more fruits and vegetables, and getting the calories under control. (not quite there yet, but getting closer)

I know I'm a month late but wanted to give A big Hello and Welcome. We are glad you have joined us here at Sparks. It's a great place to learn to loose weight and keep it off. You will recieve so much info and you will meet people who will encourage you along the way. I hope your journey here will be a blessed one. Don't try to change everything at once. One at a time.
