Staying Young, Staying Healthy

My Goals:
Eating better, and getting more exercise are 2 of my goals. I ride my 21 speed bike everyday to and from work, and I joined "Curves" for my workouts. I am also doing some exercising at home.
My Program:
trying like crazy to watch the amounts of food that I eat. I have always been a "volume" eater, so unless the food is way low-calorie, I get into trouble! That's why I'm on SparkPages!! LOL

Born and raised in Massachusetts. Single mom of 3 adult sons. 8 beautiful grandchildren 6 boys, 2 girls.
Other Information:
Love to read all kinds of books. Getting more into nutritional information now that I am getting older.
