Spring into New Beginnings

I'm one for loosing weight in stages. I lose then regain the same weight over and over again.I'm so tired of doing this. With Spring here I'm going to find my grove again and am going to take my health seriously again.
I want to make eating healthy and exercising something that comes second nature to me. Here's to kicking my old habits to the curb and gaining some new healthy ones that I can live with forever.

My goal is to lose 40 lbs.

Take vitamins daily.
Be accountable.
Be active daily.
Drink 6-8 glasses water daily.
Don't stress the small stuff.
Control my portions.

My Program:
I'm doing weight watchers and will be tracking on there.
Eating 3 meals daily,plus 2 snacks to keep blood sugar stable.
Eat healthy fats daily,along with fruits and veggies.
Drink 6-8 glasses of water/green tea daily.

I will be using my mini trampoline,stationary bike,dumbbells,
bands,plus going for walks and riding my bicycle.
