I have been on so many different diets and gimmicks that I have lost count. Every day I wake up and tell myself today is the day I start eating better and walking more then I end up giving up.Time to start fresh with SP again. I rejoined the 5% Fall weight loss challenge and will be adapting some healthy habits that I can live with for life.

Eating 3 meals daily,plus 2 snacks to keep blood sugar stable.
Drinking less coffee and decaf only.
Eat healthy fats daily,along with fruits and veggies.
Drink 6-8 glasses of water/green tea daily.

I will be using my mini trampoline,stationary bike,dumbbells,
bands,plus going for walks.



Personal Information:
I live in a small Village where the streets have no names.One paved road and the rest are gravel. Most of the exercise I do is in my rumpus room. I walk outside when the weather permits.
