Making Healthy a part of My Life.

I'm 59 years old,I figure I should have this down pat by now,still working at it. This all has to start by me making some healthy lifestyle changes and sticking with them. The hard part is sticking with them. I'm going to start with baby steps and work my way until it is a way of life. The most important thing I need to do is have patience and take life one day at a time.

I joined the Summer 5% weight loss challenge,which will help me reach my goals.

Eating 3 meals daily,plus 2 snacks to keep blood sugar stable.
Drinking less caffeine daily.
Eat healthy fats daily,along with fruits and veggies.
Drink 6-8 glasses of water/green tea daily.

I will be using my mini trampoline,stationary bike,dumbbells,
bands,plus going for walks.

Personal Information:
I live in a small Village where the streets have no names.One paved road and the rest are gravel. Most of the exercise I do is in my rumpus room. I walk outside when the weather permits.
