Time to Get Serious

A few health concerns have crept up in the last few months. Getting active and losing some weight will help me get back on track. It's time get healthy and make this a part of my daily routine. Getting active and eating properly is what needs to be done. I can do this.

I joined the Spring 5% weight loss challenge,which will help me stay on track.

My Program:

Eating 3 meals daily,plus 2 snacks to keep blood sugar stable.
Drinking less caffeine daily.
Eat healthy fats daily,along with fruits and veggies.
Drink 6-8 glasses of water/green tea daily.

I will be using my mini trampoline,stationary bike,dumbbells,
bands,plus going for walks and using my portable ski slider.


Personal Information:
I live in a small Village where the streets have no names.One paved road and the rest are gravel. Most of the exercise I do is in my rumpus room,which is in the back over there. I walk outside when the weather permits and have started aqua fit recently.
