A Journey to get Fit & Healthy

My weight has gone up and down for as long as I can remember. I gained in last 6 months instead of loosing. My biggest problem is sticking to plan for the long haul. I have to change my thinking and stick to my program.
I need to make better food choices and get active again.
BABY STEPS.
I need to learn to think positive and pay attention as to what goes in my mouth daily. Eat to live,not live to eat.

Be active daily.
Drink 6-8 glasses water daily.

My Program:

Eating 3 meals daily,plus 2 snacks to keep blood sugar stable.
Drinking less caffeine daily.
Eat healthy fats daily,along with fruits and veggies.
Drink 6-8 glasses of water/green tea daily.

I will be using my mini trampoline,stationary bike,dumbbells,
bands,plus going for walks and using my portable ski slider.


Personal Information:
I live in a small Village where the streets have no names.One paved road and the rest are gravel. Most of the exercise I do is in my rumpus room,which is in the back over there. I walk outside when the weather permits and have started aqua fit recently.
