I have high blood pressure and high LDL cholesterol. I am also 52 pounds overweight. I would like to maintain an exercise program of at least 30 minutes a day and lose the extra weight. I want to be stronger and healthier.

My Goals:
Enter a summary of your goals, or just a few you would like to share. I want to lose weight and look better for my son's wedding in March and lose 52 pounds and get fit by August, 2013.
My Program:
Give an overview of what you are doing to meet your goals. I am eating between 1200 and 1500 calories per day of mostly nutritious foods. I have begun the 30 Day Shred of 20 minutes of intense exercise.
