Getting started...

I've never been thin, but I have been healthy. At that point in my life I was much younger, and still a little chubby, but fit. I played sports and was very active. I injured my legs ( ankles, knees, hips) though and had to very suddenly stop exercising everyday which is when I gained a tremendous amount of weight in a very short time. I was gaining between 5 and 10 lbs every week. I let it get way out of control and now I want to take control back.
