I think that it's about time I do things my way. So far so good

Eat Healthy, Lose Weight and Maintain a healthy lifestyle

Be Under 130 kg *Met 9-Apr-10

Be Under 100 kg

Do yoga *Met 1-Jun-10

take any group exercise

Be able to run for 5 minutes straight *Met Dec 2010

Be able to run for 10 minutes straight *MET 15 Feb 2011

Wear a towel and have it completely cover me

Not have my thighs rub each other

Have no excess body flab

Reach BMI overweight

Reach BMI healthy weight

Wear a two piece bathing suite

Fit into one side of my old fat jeans


My Program:
I keep changing my program, mainly because I get bored, and if I don't see good results, I just change it up to keep my body from getting too comfortable!



I do Cardio and Strength Training at the Gym and C25K .

Lately I do Tae Bo and Yoga and 30 Day shred

I go swimming when I can.

I started exercising DAILY. Completed 30 days straight on 7th of Feb 2011
