I got this in my last week in AUS,I could not zip it up! I had to buy it..I have guns and a waist :D

2012 has been rough, but I persevere and fight back. I will never give up on this journey, I will never give up on me. I honestly don't know. But I am determined to move, I dare me to move, I dare me lose weight, I dare me to be me. On the 8th of March 2010 I weighed at 136.6 kg. / 301 lb. and that is the last time I ever weigh that much. Unfortunately, in March of 2012, I weighed at 140 Kg/ 308 lb. I don't want to be obese any longer! This is it.

My Program:
I keep changing my program, mainly because I get bored, and if I don't see good results, I just change it up to keep my body from getting too comfortable! I do Cardio and Strength Training at the Gym and C25K . Lately I do Tae Bo and Yoga and 30 Day shred I go swimming when I can. I started exercising DAILY. Completed 30 days straight on 7th of Feb 2011
