Trying to keep an eye on the amount I eat. Walk at lease 30 mins a day everyday. Do one SP workout video a day. Drinking 8 glasses of water a day.

That sucks but hey sometimes u will gain cause if ur human u don't always stick to it lol I didn't do a weigh in again yet lol hoping I lose I been sick but I still been going to the gym which is a fight with myself cause I'm kinda sick and pale lol My next time I weigh myself will be may 9 2012 unless I get a doctor appointment before that and the doc weighs me. Kinda scares me to be weighed! 2 pounds gain isnt too bad at least it's not 5 or 10 or more! Just remember your still human! Hugs and just don't let it hold u down don't do what I used to do don't beat urself up about because if ur anything like me that would make u depressed and discouraged and actually make u gain more then u want! Hang in there!
