My Vision for the near future.....

By January 2011, I will be exercising faithfully at least one hour four times a week. This will include some cardio and some strength/core training. I will be 25-50 lb. lighter in weight (271-246). My health will be excellent and I will no longer have circulation issues in my legs. So say I.

My Goals:
My goal is to lose at least 25-50 lbs. this year by getting the exercise I need to be healthy. I have a total of about 150+ lb. to lose, but that is overwhelming, so I will do 25 lb. goals till it's done!

Easter was a DISASTER. I was like a vacuum around all the chocolates - BOO. The difference now is that I've PUT AWAY THE CHOCOLATE and have been eating on-track. LOL

You are so right that losing just 25 or so will make a great difference with your legs. Your body has adjusted to the extra weight and is under great strain. I had tremendous leg pain and that was also one of my motivators. I suffered from severe night cramping and plantar fasciitis. These problems started to improve after just a 25 lb loss. You can do it!
