My Vision for the near future.....
By January 2011, I will be exercising faithfully at least one hour four times a week. This will include some cardio and some strength/core training. I will be 25-50 lb. lighter in weight (271-246). My health will be excellent and I will no longer have circulation issues in my legs. So say I.

My Goals:
My goal is to lose at least 25-50 lbs. this year by getting the exercise I need to be healthy. I have a total of about 150+ lb. to lose, but that is overwhelming, so I will do 25 lb. goals till it's done!
