Being honest with myself.

Hi my is nickname is Ronnie I am 50+ My main goal is to focus on my eating habits. It not that I eat alot but I do love my sweets. I am taking it slow but steady start with log in all my foods the good, bad and ugly. I am not rushing or changing everything all at once. Making small weekly changes will get me and keep me on the road to a healthy lifestyle. I use dvds workouts and have a few workouts gadgets.

My Goals:
Fitness goal: Walk 45-60 minutes each day, and strengthen training using the band or dumbbells every other day. Weight goal: to lose 25 pounds or better.


My Program:
For now I'm doing a workout program call Slim n 6 every other day. Its a great workout program because it has all you need for toning and cardio. I also do the Air Climber a few times of week.

I workout 6 days a week , low to moderate exercises for 3 1/2 hours a day. I have lowered my salt and sugar intake and increased my fruits, vegetables, fiber and water intake.
What is your weight loss plan?
