    Hi RONIBONNIE! Here it is another week has gone by and I haven't gone to check out Paul Eugene on youtube, but I DID go back to your comment and write his name down as a reminder for myself. I really do want to get some more weight off before my next hip replacement in Apr, so I need to get a move on. Hope you are doing good as well.     Take it easy - a tendon weill heal if allowed to - it will taker time to heal fully !!
    In the meantimer - chair exercise will keep you fit - there is even a Chair Salsa DVD - if yuou feel energetic enough - search Amazon!! Justy be careful of that foot though!!
    There are heaps of other ideas in the Sparkmail I senty this morning though!!
