My Goals:
I would like to lose enough weight so that I can do the things I want to easily. I would love to weigh 125, but realistically, I hope to weigh 145 and maintain it. I will reevaluate when i get to 145 and let you know if I think it should be less.

My Program:
Keep calories between 1200 and 1500 until maintenance is achieved. Start exercising and quit having excuses not to....

Personal Information:
I live on a farm in the midwest. We raise beef cattle. We have horses and chickens also. I work at a local hospital as a cook...

I don't know....I don't mean to belittle myself or my efforts but I have stayed basically the same weight - within a pound up or down - since near the end of May. I have kind of given up on the weight loss for now and am trying make healthy eating choices and keep up the exercise and will tackle it again when Neal goes back to work. Love you. We should talk soon.
