06/02: May was a success: ..... JUNE GOALS:: Walk 2.22 one day & every other day 2.72. That increases my exercise slowly & hopefully less painful. Still work on portion control. Continue with frozen meals. Do core strength training 2-3 times a week. New Target weight 226 lbs. by eom. (Starting weight 232.8)

03/27/16 Another month has come & gone. During this month I have managed to increase my fitness level. I am up to 2 miles 6 days a week. By the end of this month I plan on walking 2.5-3 miles a day.
As far as weight lost goes it has been an up & down struggle! But I have managed to get rid of that last pound that I gained last Dec. So that's 13 lbs since beginning of Feb. I wish March would have been a better weight loss month (1lb only?) But it has been a struggle not to gain. For April I plan to lose 8lbs & increase walking to 2.5-3 miles and work harder on controlling calorie intake. That is the biggest problem I am having. I seem to do ok for 1-2 weeks then I start over eating. I will succeed at this!

02/28/16 Well it's been a month & I am still here!
So far I've lost 12 lbs one more to go to get back to where I was last Dec. But I still have a very long ways to go to get back to where I need to be. I have good weeks, bad weeks. But I am hanging in here! I've set goals & am doing pretty good at keeping them. And my dogs are enjoying the walking. I even dug out a couple of DVD workouts! I've been mixing things up & it's been fun so far. THIS IS MY YEAR! Watch me do it!

01/18/15 WOW!!! I've been gone a long time!! I am 59 and still 100 lbs overweight. I've been on this site on & off for over 5 years. With no success. I'm still single and alone and haven't achieved any goals,. But I am starting over and this time I have to make it,.

I am 54 and need to lose over 100 lbs. I've lost weight since 12/25 when I enrolled and I feel good about that. I am looking for friends and local buddies too. I've spent the last several years being a hermit and now it is time to start a life. My 5 dogs aren't enough company. But I really want to get to know people. Thank you and hope to get to know you.

I'm turing my visions and dream into a reality. I'm losing and getting in better health. I didn't get sick this winter at all. And my energy level is increasing. I'm also feeling happier.

DEC. 31, 2011 THE LAST DAY OF THIS YEAR.
HAPPY NEW YEAR
I am 55 and need to lose 89 lbs. Right now I weigh 234 and plan to weigh 145 by Nov, 2012. I lost 15 lbs in 2011 and kept that off. I lost the 15 first part of the year. I managed to get down to 219 twice during the year but it only lasted a few days. I am very glad I kept 15 lbs off but I would be happier if I had the other 15 off.

I starting this year out with a new game plan. Today I made up my menu for Jan. My fitness plan for Jan. And I created a weight tracker to keep on my wall at home for the year. It has my goal line on it and what I should way at the beginning of each month. I'm trying for 9 lbs every month. I plan to be down to 145 lbs 11/4/2012; then I need to keep that weight off for 1 year because in Nov 2013 I plan on hiking the Supai Canyon with my 2 sons. It is 8-10 mile into the Grand Canyon to Supai Villiage and then each waterfall is about 2-3 miles apart. I've always wanted to see the Havasupai Falls. Their pictures are awesome! The water down there is suppose to be 70 degrees.

So here I go again with new goals, new reasons, and still turning my visions and dreams into reality!!

My Goals:
My goals are to lose 100+lbs and get in better shape.

To look and feel happier.



My Program:
I am tracking my food and exercise, fruit/veggie servings.

I have added a few personal things to help me achieve my goals.

When I get home from the grocery store I package into single servings.

I batch cook and freeze in single servings. Good way to pack lunch for work.

I've started stage 3 of the sparks program.

I have increased my fitness program. I've started doing virtual races. (Walking not running yet)

Other Information:
My vision became my dream and now it will become my reality.

I'm getting thinner everyday. In a year I will be down to a size 8/10 instead of 2/3X.
