Welcome to the Couch to 5k running group!!!! Stop by the message board and introduce yourself to the team. On the team page you will find a thread for each training week. Click on week one and post were you are at in your training. This is a great way to meet others who are in the same phase of training as you. Some of my best friends were in my training week one and we worked through the program together sharing victories, questions, comments, and ideas. I look forward to learning more about you. Saw your comment on my blog - the only problem with doing the activities without the board, is that the program won't let me continue on at ALL without doing the activities on the board first....and the board makes the statement that I weigh to much and thus, won't process the information.
I suppose I could get Mad Baker to go through the original weigh-in for me, but that feels like cheating somehow.
Oh well - it won't take me long to lose those last few pounds; the Wii Fit will still be there. It'll kinda be like a reward for doing a good job losing the extra weight!
