I'm married and a mother to a beautiful 7 yr old little girl and an 8 month old baby boy.. I've been battling my weight for the better part of 10 years now.. and its time to stop making excuses and do something about it.. So here goes =)

You seem to like everything I did before I got into running. I was the taebo queen in my living room. Billy Blanks and I were living room buddies. Stay at home moms generally have a tough gig. Add school to that and you got a tough schedule. Just because you have lots of reasons to be busy doesn't mean you can't make time for yourself. There is nothing wrong with taking time for yourself. Or even incorporating exercise with your toddler. I've read tons of articles of good exercises to do with kids. I can look them up and pass them on if you want. Also, be sure to schedule your workout like you would any other appointment. Some gyms have daycares built in. Do you have a gym membership or just workout at home? Or ask your spouse to watch the little one while you take your 30 minute me-healthy time. You shouldn't have to sacrifice sleep to make time for yourself. I am willing to help you out if I can but you shouldn't have to get up so early! Sleep is important too!
