Well, I'm back on track. Walking the dog at night, starting walking with Kelley in the mornings, and we're going to work up to C25K I think (we'll see how well my ankle tolerates it). Also paying attention to what and how much I put in my body. Now to quit smoking again. Blah.
Hey! It's great to see you too. I am so glad to be back. I am a perfectionist and that's why I kept letting Sparkpeople get to me (by saying I had to read every article or get every sparkpoint I could, etc). So, this time, as I'm working on my perfectionism with my therapist, I'm going to just do what I can when I can in terms of being on Sparkpeople and just work on the health stuff (tracking fitness and food).
