slow and steady wins the race..

so my little girl turns 5 in Jan, and little man turns 3 in May.. time freakin flies.. and it's about to fly faster with another bun in the oven.. this one coming up is due at the end of Oct.. looks like my dreams of conquering the world are coming true... however, my fitness/eating is ehhhhh.. my weight has been a little down, but that's not because of my awesome eating, or consistent working.. i believe the lack of working out is the reason for the weight loss.. SO, my current goal is to keep ...
