Back again and ready to succeed
I would like to feel healthier and be more fit so that I could enjoy the outdoors like the woman in the picture. (And of course I would like to look better and feel better about myself too.) Right now I get tired going up a flight of stairs, and my knees are sore most of the time. I'm too young for that stuff, so it's time to make a change!

My Program:
Right now my program is to track calories. I am working on eating more fruits, vegetables, and other filling foods to help stay satisfied. Nothing is totally off-limits for me, but I am trying to avoid refined sugar and to cut down on the amount of white flour. I have done WW before so I already know how to eat healthy... just need to stay focused on doing it!
