Hi there and welcome to my spark page. I started at 230 lbs and now have worked my way down to 204 lbs and dropped to 202 as of Christmas. I walk 10000 steps at least 5 times per week weather permitting along with my dog Snoopy. I was on a plateau for a couple of months not losing weight and found out my body was in starvation mode, so started tracking meals and started to lose again. My goal is 185 lbs and then maintain that weight and control my diabetes and cholesterol levels. ...

My Goals:
My goal is 180 lbs and then maintain that weight. Stay healthy and hopefully enjoy life somewhat pain free.
My Program:
I walk 10000 steps at least 5 times per week weather permitting along with my dog Snoopy. I have recently bought a home gym for strength training and have set a goal for this summer to walk/run in NAVY 10 KM Marathon in Halifax N.S. on 19 August.....
