I weighed over 370 pounds. I now weigh 288lbs. I want to weigh 250 by end of summer. Ultimate goal is to hit 220 - 210 in the year. It is all dependent on me and only me.

I hope you are able to relax and be aware of your health and love of yourself. I hope you take time during the day to give to yourself. Often we get so involved in listening to the negative self-criticism, that we don't need to go anywhere to find someone to abuse us, because we do that job so well ourselves. Spend time in quiet time. You have strength inside to reach any goal. Nurture yourself with positive thoughts.

hi!! thanks for your post!! that's true making excuses doesn't make me get to the lifestyle i want to live!!i've been making not such as excuses themeselves, but leaving everything to the next day! but there's no next day any more, it has to be TODAY!! =D

Hello, I am so happy to see that you found your way here to Spark. This is such a wonderfully supportive community and I hope that you jump right in and learn to use the tools here. There is everything you need here to change your lifestyle and head on to better health, as well as making some really wonderful friends along the way.. Your page is just great and I wish you much success in your journey here. One thing that helps me is keeping my goals very small.. and, logging all my food in the nutrition log. I started out with 5 lb goals and keep my weigh tracker to reflect those goals..
