My life

I am Rosario, a peruvian girl, marry with a nice guy, i have a 3 year old daugther. Curently studying english. I like to knit, sew and do some embroidery.

I start exercising beacuse I think in my daughter if something happen to me whpo is going to take care of her and because I am to overweight.

exercising is a hard, my body is not used to them, so i set my goal realistically otherwise i will be miserable if i don't acomplish it.

So far i have lost 27 ...

So far i have lost 27 pounds and I am so happy because my clothes fit better and soon i have to buy more clothes in smaller sizes.

Today I bought my size 8 pants in my shirts I am in size M, I was in XL before starting exercising. These things keep me motivated.

Today I had my hair cut because i am in 140 pounds. It is my reward.

My right calf is aching, so today I only did half of my exercises.

Now, I am in 136 pounds, I am so happy.

For halloween i gained 2 pounds and now I am again in 135 pounds. I am with a terrible flue, I have a bad sore troat and I do my exercises slowly just to get ahead, even when I am not doing them everyday.

I gained two pounds again because I was eating two many cookies. However, today I decided to start my exercises and got back in track.
