It was a very Good Day when I found this Site!

I have gone up and down on the scale all of my adult life. I am a small boned 4'10" woman. With my many health issues I desperately need to get my eating habits in order. I need to lose the weight and keep it off for good.

My Goals:
To reach and maintain my goal weight as directed by my Primary Care Physician.

My Program:
I am eating moderately. lean and green meals with vegetables. Drinking 8 glasses of water a day. Exercising 15 minutes a day. Sleeping 8 hours a night. Meditating 30 minutes a day.

Personal Information:
I am currently living in Putnam County NY, originally from Washington, DC.

I love to travel, especially explore new areas of the US I've never seen before getting to know the history, cultures and traditions there.



Other Information:
I recently bought a Sweatin' to the Oldies dvd by Richard Simmons. It is helping me alot.
